A matched pair of entirely plain and unadorned cut corbel shapes with increased depth. One of a range of 8 cut shape corbels in the WGC range. These designs are  also referred to as Mission style corbels, celebrating the ‘no frills’ approach to décor, influenced by religious movements of earlier centuries in America. Mission style wooden corbels date back to the 16^th Century Spanish missions but became a design style as a reaction against the detailed work of the Victorian era. Use these when pattern is not needed.
